I've been there—constantly in fight-or-flight mode, running on stress and survival. You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and no matter how hard you try to think your way through it, clarity never comes. Does this sound like you?
Waking up already feeling behind
Your alarm goes off at 5:45 a.m. You hit snooze twice, then stare at the ceiling, already running through the day. You didn’t sleep well—your mind wouldn’t shut off. Deadlines. Groceries. That email you forgot to send. Your inbox is overflowing, the dog is pacing at the door, and your partner just asked if you paid the water bill. It’s not even 8 a.m., and you’re already behind.

Feeling stuck in the same routine
Every day starts at 6:15 AM sharp—coffee, emails, getting the kids to school, back-to-back Zoom calls, lunch at your desk, pickup, dinner, dishes, scroll, sleep. Repeat. You signed up for that evening yoga class, but haven’t been in weeks. You dream about spontaneous road trips, learning something new, or just reading a book in peace—but instead, every day feels like a copy-and-paste version of the last.
