Surrender & Reconnect is a three-day women’s retreat crafted to help you rest deeply, release old patterns, and reconnect to your inner wisdom. Set at the serene Temecula Retreat House in southern California, this intimate retreat invites you to slow the pace and soften the noise of daily life.
Through gentle therapeutic yoga, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, reiki and life coaching circles, you’ll be guided to surrender the weight you’ve been carrying and realign with what matters most.

Each day is designed around a soulful journey—thoughtfully paced to guide you inward with gentle structure and space to simply be. You’ll be met exactly where you are, invited to deepen into rest, release, and reconnection. What follows is a flow created to support your transformation—one intentional step at a time.
Between sessions, savor nourishing meals, rest under the oak trees, wander the labyrinth, soak in the pool or jacuzzi, relax in the dry sauna or simply be in the quiet embrace of nature. During your downtime, you’ll also have the option to schedule a private massage or Reiki session for an additional fee.

They include accommodations, meals, and daily guided practices. Choose Single if you prefer your own bed, or Shared if you’re planning to share one with a friend. Some rooms have multiple beds—if you’re traveling solo and want to share a room, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest, and you’ll each have your own bed. As a Certified Life Coach and Yoga Therapy Specialist with over a decade of experience, I use a holistic approach to help people break free from stress, overwhelm, and constant overthinking so they can make aligned decisions and move forwards. I guide clients to quiet their nervous system, trust their intuition, and take intentional steps toward a life that feels calm and fulfilling.

In 2017, I discovered the healing power of reiki while traveling in Myanmar, and then completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Australia that same year. Today I work as an intuitive reiki master and yoga teacher based in sunny San Diego. I help other humans simply "be" and feel good in their bodies, both physically and energetically.

Located one hour north of San Diego and about two hours south of Los Angeles, Temecula Retreat House is a quiet, five-acre refuge cradled by nature—ancient oak trees, fruit-bearing orchards, a winding meditation trail, and still, sun-dappled gardens. It’s a sacred space for softening, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself beneath the open sky.
